Here’s what you need to know
Our lettings promise to you
We will ensure that all the properties we manage are safe and in a good state of repair.
We will manage your tenancy safely and professionally, and under the regulation of the UK Association of Lettings Agents, Safe Agent, The Property Redress Scheme, and the Deposit Protection Service to ensure you are fully protected.
We will advise you and your landlord on your and their rights and responsibilities in relation to the tenancy.
Before your tenancy starts we will
Provide you with copies of all safety certificates and any other appropriate documentation relating to the property for your peace of mind.
Offer you advice on any insurance cover that might be appropriate for your tenancy.
Provide an inventory and schedule of the condition of the property plus a list of its contents, and agree it with you.
Handle your deposit safely and responsibly with the Deposit Protection Scheme.
During your tenancy we will
Regularly arrange a time to inspect the property to ensure that it remains in a good state of repair and maintenance for peace of mind for both you and the landlord.
Respond quickly to any issues that you raise and arrange for repairs or refurbishments to take place where appropriate.
Provide you with a 24hr emergency line in the event of an urgent issue arising.
Before your tenancy ends we will
Provide you with all appropriate documentation in a timely manner and in line with the tenancy agreement.
Arrange for a full check out inventory of the property to be carried out to ensure that your deposit can be returned to you without unnecessary delay.
