Part-Time Customer Services Assistant

Saturday 10am-2pm

Must be able to drive

We are looking for a friendly and enthusiastic customer services assistant to join our team on a part-time basis. The role involves showing people around properties that are available to let and for sale, so you must be able to drive.

Responsibilities:

Greet customers and answer their questions about our properties

Show customers around properties and answer their questions

Provide customers with information about our company and our services

Follow up with customers after their visit to answer any further questions or to book an appointment

Requirements:

Excellent customer service skills

Ability to communicate effectively both verbally and in writing

Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Clean driving license
