We are currently seeking an experienced Property Sales Agent to join our team.

Role Description

We are on the lookout for a customer-focused partner sales agent to enhance our existing team. As a self-employed partner agent, you'll enjoy the benefit of earning a generous 70% of the fees generated!

The ideal candidate should bring with them relevant experience and a solid grasp of the sales process, from initial property valuation to the final sale. In this role, you will take on the responsibilities of nurturing relationships with both property sellers and buyers, coordinating property viewings, conducting market assessments, facilitating property showings, and skilfully negotiating sales.

Qualifications

• Previous experience as an Estate Agent is highly preferred.
• Exceptional communication skills, with a strong emphasis on interpersonal abilities.
• Proficiency in IT, including prior experience with Estate Agency CRM systems.
• Proven negotiation skills and a natural aptitude for sales.
• Well-articulate, professional in appearance, and well-presented.
• Driven by goals and ambitions, with a strong focus on meeting targets.
• Exceptional organizational skills with a keen emphasis on punctuality.
