Having run traditional estate agency offices for over twenty years, it was becoming more and more apparent to our directors that with the advancement of information technology fewer and fewer people were visiting High Street offices. Estate agency simply had to evolve.

When we launched New Move Our aim was to create a unique operating system that would radically reduce our overheads, then our savings could ultimately be passed back to our customers! The major difference between us and our competitors is the absence of expensive High Street premises which in our opinion add little value to the client.

New Move operates from one central head office located in the South, close to Gatwick airport. We have a highly experienced operations team who deal efficiently with all incoming buying and selling enquires; we book viewings, negotiate offers; in fact manage the whole sales process smoothly and professionally.

We have a growing team of trained property consultants forming a network currently from Brighton to Rugby across Kent & Surrey, The area consultants set us aside from any of the other online agents providing valuable local knowledge. Our area representatives will visit your home take high quality photographs, produce professional sales particulars, agree a marketing price with you and arrange for a for sale board to be erected.

Our area representative then uses the latest cutting edge agency software to upload all the data collected, this can then be accessed centrally by the head office operations team, who having thoroughly checked the data received, upload the property onto approximately 15 major property portals.
