Option One - No Sale No Fee:

With this option we take all the risk! You only pay for our services if your property sale proceeds to an exchange of contracts. Payment is due following legal completion. This Package provides a cost effective alternative to traditional High Street estate agency.

Option Two - Upfront:

Upfront payment is our most cost effective option, suitable for property savvy individuals who require a platform to market their property to the masses online.
