• Instigate communications between the solicitors acting for you and your purchaser.
• We will be available to liaise with solicitors at any point in the transaction should our services be required.

Additional Services

We can also provide 2D and 3D floor plans of your property for use in your properties sales brochure.

It is a legal requirement for your property to have a valid Energy Performance Certificate (EPC) to be able to market your property.  You may already have one but if not then we can help you by arranging an assessment of your property.

A Rightmove premium listings will give your property more exposure as it will be more prominently displayed on Rightmove.
