50% of the estate agency process will be done for you by our head office operations team! All enquiries from buyers will be handled centrally, we will book viewings, handle all offers and progress sales to completion.

We will list your property stock on all the major property portals such as rightmove, findaproperty, primelocation and zoopla to ensure they are visible to thousands of buyers every week.

Training

Your personal success and development are very important to us, you will be provided with in depth in- house training to ensure that you are fully equipped to start running your new business as early as possible. You will also be enrolled onto an external training programme run by the National Association of Estate Agents which will give a broad understanding of our industry.

We treat all our franchisees as individuals and unlimited bespoke training and support is available to give you the confidence required to carry out your work as a professional estate agent. Our aim is that you should always feel happy and confident in the knowledge that you are working alongside a highly experienced team of property experts.

What will you earn?

New Move’s scale of charges are as follows:

• £999+VAT          Properties up to £500,000
• £2999+VAT        Properties between £500,001 and £1,000,000      
• £4999+VAT        Properties that we sell for over £1,000,000   

You will receive 45% of the total fee earned, on properties that you list in your franchise territory.

Extra income streams

Our operating model enables you to earn valuable commission from third parties such as mortgage and conveyancing companies.

Franchise package

• Franchise fee:            £5000 +VAT
• Service Charge:        £99 + VAT pcm

In addition to this you will need a fund of £2500 for local start up advertising.
